DSPL5 Local Services 

 

SEND Family Support 

Available to families with children with SEND. Supporting children and young people from ages 5-14 years. 

 

Early Years Transition Support 

Available to those accessing Early Years settings. Supporting a successful transition from nursery to reception. 

 

DSPL5 Triage Service 

Available to all settings within DSPL Area 5. Fortnightly triage panels for settings to discuss difficult cases with a team of professionals. 

 

NESSie Therapeutic Support 

Available to Primary and Secondary aged children. Support for children / young people unable to access full time education due to SEMH, Neurodiversity and Behaviour. 

 

Secondary Transition Support 

Available to Year 6 and Year 7 pupils. Transition support for Year 6 pupils with SEND. Outreach work delivered to support a smooth transition to Secondary School.
